13/14 sierpnia 1944 r. - nieudane natarcie na pozycję SS w szkole przy ul. Narbutta

 

Żołnierze pułku "Baszta" na Mokotowie raz jeszcze bezskutecznie szturmują silne niemieckie punkty oporu w domu Wedla przy ul. Puławskiej i w szkole przy ul. Narbutta róg Kazimierzowskiej. Mokotów znajduje się pod silnym ostrzałem niemieckiej artylerii. W nocy z 13 na 14 sierpnia w natarciu na pozycje oddziałów SS przy ul. Narbutta zginęli kpt. Piotr Słowikowski, ppor. "Grzmotalski", kpr. Witold Dobrowolski, strz. Jerzy Adamiec, strz. Jerzy Waszkiewicz.

Soldiers of the "Baszta" regiment in Mokotów once again unsuccessfully storm the strong German resistance points at Wedel's house at ul. Puławska and at the school at ul. Narbutta and Kazimierzowska.
